１位は《道を知らない、道に迷う》。東京や大阪などを含む一部の地域では、タクシーの運転手になる際に「タクシー業務適正化特別措置法」に基づき必ず“地理試験”を受けるのだそう。でもこの能力試験はあくまでも紙面上で行われるもので、実際に走ったときの能力が測られているわけではないようです。最近では車内にカーナビが付いているタクシーも頻繁に目にするようになりましたが、カーナビの指示通りに進むも結局道が分からずに、時間や料金も多く掛かってくるようではイライラも募りますよね。２位は《運転が荒い》。こちらは別に急いでいるわけではないのにスピードを上げ、信号では急ストップ・急発進。ドライバーの機嫌が悪いのでは…と疑いたくなるような荒い運転では、安心して乗車していられません。３位には接客業務の基本中の基本ができていない《ドライバーが挨拶なし》。扉が開き、感じのよいドライバーに挨拶されれば、束の間の移動時間もホッとリラックスできそうです。
