　中国では、３月５日から日本の国会にあたる全人代（＝全国人民代表大会）が開かれる。次の５年間の政策目標を決める節目の大会を前に、中東の変革が波及するのを力ずくででも封じ込めようと当局が敏感になっているといえる。
