僅か30秒でチケットが即完してしまったというきゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ初の単独ライブ＜もしもしクワトロ＞が、2月25日（土）渋谷クラブクアトロにて開催となった。
プレミアムチケットを手に入れた幸運な約800人の観客の熱気で溢れかえった会場で、セットされた白い幕にきゃりーぱみゅぱみゅのオープニング映像が映し出されるやいなや、会場からは「かわいいー！」「きゃりー！」と、きゃりーの登場を待ちきれない観客から歓声の声があがった。
オープニング映像が終わると同時に幕が下がり、「PONPONPON」曲と共にプロモーションビデオと同じ衣装で4人のダンサーを引き連れたきゃりーぱみゅぱみゅが登場。舞台セットはベットや木馬、ケーキやぬいぐるみなどで溢れかえり、きゃりーの部屋を意識したという、まさに「PONPONPON」のミュージックビデオの世界が会場に演出されていた。
オープニングの演出に歓声が沸き、既に観客のテンションはMAXだ。「もしもし原宿」に収録された楽曲や、この日のために中田ヤスタカが制作した楽曲を4回の衣装チェンジを交えながら披露、盛り上がりは最高潮を迎えた。
ライブの終盤、「今日の最後の曲になります。」と最新曲「つけまつける」を紹介、会場から「えええ～」との声に「まだ曲が少ないんですよ～（涙）。これからいっぱい曲を出してきます！」と抱負を語った。
鳴り止まないアンコールの声援のあと登場し、新曲「CANDY CANDY」を4月4日に発売することを発表。今回もきゃりーとスタイリストで一緒にデザインしたというスパンコールのセーラー服にウレタンで作成したスカートという衣装を、きゃりーは「オシャレでおっちょこちょいな魔女っ娘アイドル風の衣装です！」と紹介、「かわいい～！」と声援をあびながらの新曲初披露となった。
会場に集まった約800人の大歓声を浴びながら全13曲を歌い上げ、この日は大成功で幕を閉じた。初の単独公演ということもあり、これまでのライブパフォーマンスよりも、さらに大きなスケールと華やかさを見せたライブとなった。
ライブで発表となった4月4日リリースのセカンドシングル「CANDY CANDY」も、もちろん中田ヤスタカ・プロデュースの作品だ。前作同様きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅワールドが炸裂した作品で、2月28日（火）からリ江崎グリコからニューアル発売される口中ケアタブレット「BREO（ブレオ）」タイアップ楽曲となっているものだ。「CANDY CANDY」の着うた（R）は2月26日より配信開始となった。
2012年6月2日からは、自身初となるワンマンライブツアーが全国7カ所にて行われる。
